In May 2010, Brant Safinuk and Geoff Cochrane embarked on their entrepreneurial journey by co-founding Safrane Construction. Having previously collaborated in the residential construction sector, they decided to take the plunge into business ownership. Armed with determination and a modest set of tools, they initially tackled small-scale construction projects.
Within a year of operation, Safrane welcomed its first employee and gradually shifted its focus towards residential concrete construction. Fast forward to today, Safrane has grown significantly, boasting a dedicated team of 50 employees. Their project portfolio is now evenly distributed across residential, commercial, and industrial construction.
Safrane places a strong emphasis on continuous employee development, with a particular focus on health, safety, and skill acquisition. This commitment plays a pivotal role in maintaining quality control and fueling the company's ongoing expansion.
